We are seeking an experienced Assurance and Advisory (A&A) Manager with public accounting experience to lead our A&A practice. The A&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assurance and advisory engagements, managing client relationships, and providing strategic guidance to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in A&A services, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This position is 3 days a week remote after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage assurance and advisory engagements, including planning, execution, and completion of engagements
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional client service
• Provide strategic guidance and advisory services to clients, including identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
• Supervise and mentor A&A staff, including providing guidance, training, and feedback for development
• Stay current on accounting standards and regulations and communicate changes and updates to team members and clients
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for clients and management
• Coordinate with other departments, such as tax and consulting, to provide comprehensive services to clients
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives and training programs to enhance professional development

$120,000 - $140,000 a year
