Responsibilities:

- Assist the Waiter in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests onboard the cruise ship

- Set up and maintain tables according to company standards

- Take food and beverage orders and deliver them to guests in a timely manner

- Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area

- Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met

- Collaborate with other crew members to provide a seamless dining experience

- Assist with restocking and inventory management of dining supplies

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and background check
