**Banking Branch Manager**
We are currently seeking an experienced Banking Branch Manager for our Winter Park branch located near the campus of Full Sail University. The Branch Manager coordinates branch operations, oversees functional areas and provides supervision and training of branch staff. Ensures timely, efficient and effective service delivery for members. Provides contact in all areas of member service including business development. Communicates information about credit union products and services. Provides members with information concerning credit union policy and procedures.
* Effectively utilizes cross-selling strategies to offer credit union products and services to members. Responsible for Business Development of the market area to achieve credit union goals and objectives. Monitors and develops branch portfolio to enhance member relationships and to meet targeted projected goals.
* Focuses on complete member satisfaction by retaining and deepening the relationship with members and potential members including account recovery.
* Oversees all functional areas of branch. Responsible for monitoring and overseeing daily operations. Manages branch staff, including staffing, hiring, scheduling, evaluations, training and guiding crewmembers to maximize their career potential.
* Demonstrates involvement in the community to enhance Credit Union public relations and external business development activities.
* Utilizes sales management skills and fosters a coaching environment to ensure protective solutions expectations are met for the branch.
**Education and Experience**
Bachelor's Degree preferred; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
