Chief Financial Officer

Company is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in guiding the financial health and sustainability of the organization, contributing to the overall mission of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of financial expertise, leadership acumen, and a commitment to the non-profit organization Responsibilities of the CFO:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's mission and goals. Provide financial leadership and guidance to support the strategic decision-making process. Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Identify and assess financial risks, implementing effective risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address financial challenges and opportunities. Work closely with the executive team and Board of Directors to provide financial insights and recommendations. Foster a collaborative and inclusive financial culture within the organization. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and performance evaluation. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and ethical standards. Responsible for making sure accuracy in Medicaid/Medicare billing & coding. Provide support for audits and reviews as needed. Qualifications of the CFO:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field MBA/CPA preferred Healthcare experience Knowledge of non-profit accounting principles and compliance Keywords: CFO, Chief Financial Officer, Non-profit, Healthcare
