About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission of promoting social justice, with a focus on anti-racism and the empowerment of women and girls. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of the organization's strategic goals, maintaining financial viability, and representing the organization in the community. This role requires a highly effective leader who is a proven team builder, an innovator in service delivery, and has a demonstrated track record in fundraising. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a nonprofit business environment, with a strong background in human resources, programmatic, and operational functions. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree in business is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a politically astute and tactful individual, with excellent communication skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Responsibilities also include financial management, budget oversight, and leading a team to ensure the organization's goals are met. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders, and must be adept at managing multiple tasks and creating a work environment that is organized, timely, and results-oriented.
