We are currently bidding on a contract providing support to the Picatinny NEC in improving the functionality of the overall delivery of Information
Technology Services (ITS) and Administrative Telephone Services (ATS) on Picatinny Arsenal.

This opportunity is contingent upon a successful contract award to Oneida Technical Solutions.

Job Title: Computer Operator IIILocation: Picatinny ArsenalClearance Level: SecretCompliance: DOD 8140Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Computer Operator III to join our team. This role is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the optimal operation of computer systems and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement and monitor system updates and patches.

• Embedded Support:

  • Offer embedded support for the CECOM and ACC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet mission requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to address embedded system issues.

• Mission Hardware Support:

  • Manage and support mission-critical hardware, ensuring it meets operational standards and requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and upgrades on mission hardware.

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of system performance, issues, and resolutions.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for system status and incident resolution.

• Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure compliance with DOD 8140 and other relevant regulations.
  • Maintain a Secret Clearance and adhere to security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • A BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution fulfills the educational requirement for this WRC

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Certifications:

  • DOD 8140 compliance required.
  • GFACT or CND or Security+ or GSEC
