As a Customer Service Representative/Recruiter, your main responsibility is to help clients from various industries, such as education, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, security, and more, find the right staff for their short-term and long-term needs. You'll be their go-to person for staffing solutions, ensuring they have the right people with the right skills at the right time.

Position will Require 1 week of Training in the office in Clawson MI. After that, the position will be a work for home position with in office days every other Wednesday.

Hours 9am - 7pm Monday - Friday and every other Saturday. Other overtime may be required.

Pay $17 per hour.

Customer Service Representative/Recruiter Responsibilities :

• Analyze client requirements and industry trends to anticipate their future staffing needs.
• Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience needed for different positions.
• Use various methods to find local talent with the specific skills and qualifications required by clients.
• Screen candidates, and evaluate their suitability for different roles.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to streamline the hiring process.
• Candidate Placement and Onboarding:
• Coordinate candidate interviews, provide feedback, and assist in the selection process.
• Help newly hired candidates transition smoothly into the client's organization.

Customer Service Representative/Recruiter Qualifications: 

• Must have recent customer service experience in a call center environment; at least two years
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Efficient and accurate data entry skills
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Self motivated
