JB Dental Lab is actively seeking a confident and results-oriented Dental Implant Sales Representative to join our thriving sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in dental sales, specifically focused on dental implants. This position entails cultivating and managing relationships with dental professionals, showcasing our top-tier digital implant-based restoration workflows, and confidently achieving sales objectives.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:

· Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the dental implant market.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, periodontists, and oral surgeons.

· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our digital implant-based restoration workflows.

· Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

· Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

· Conduct follow-up visits and calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns or issues.

· Maintain a thorough understanding of each client's business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

  • Market Research and Analysis:

· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

· Gather and analyze market and customer information to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.

· Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights and customer feedback.

  • Training and Education:

· Educate and train dental professionals on the use and benefits of our digital implant-based restoration workflows.

· Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance product knowledge and usage.

  • Administrative Duties:

· Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative documents as required.

· Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.·

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in dental sales, with a focus on dental implants preferred.

· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

· Strong knowledge of the dental implant industry and related products.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
