Job Description:
This is a Federal Work Study (FWS) position.
Assist in the Esports Arena in the Gordon Student Center (the former Bistro). Duties include:
* Filing, data entry and other basic office tasks (computer work).
* Assisting Esports athletes with connecting headphones/login issues.
* Monitor the arena to make sure food and drink protocol is observed.
* Help ensure only Esports athletes are in the arena and assist prospects in applying to Esports.
* Technology assistance such as, login issues, updating games, etc...
* Basic cleaning and maintenance to keep room looking nice and organized.
* Answering the arena phone and taking messages.
Requirements:
* Must be a Work-Study Eligible Student in good academic standing (2.0 GPA or higher).
* Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and computer skills to assist with logging in, and setup of gear such as headphones.
* Excellent attention to detail.
Additional Information:
* Pay Rate: $15.00 /hr
