As part of the Game Day Operations team, the Event Set-Up staff provides general assistance to the Event Services department with game and non-game day events and performs various other tasks and projects.
Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the general set up and removal of items for both game day and non-game day events.This includes tables, chairs, pipe and drape, among others.
- Load and unload pallets onto or from pallets, carts, or trucks
- Deliver set up items to designated locations in the stadium
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Candidates should have/be:
- Good communication skills and basic math skills
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Self-motivated, efficient time management skills, and ability to solve problems
- Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, which may include heat, cold and various forms of precipitation. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Work Hours Work hours vary depending on event schedule.Average hours are expected to be approximately 5-15 hours per week.Must be available to work a flexible schedule, which includes late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
