Job Description
Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant. This company is a tech firm focusing on luxury fashion. Candidates must have experience in Fashion, a degree from FIDM or even experience as a stylist who is looking to transition into administrative work. The workplace is fast-paced and dynamic, and the role is primarily focused on providing top-level assistance to our CEO, with a strong emphasis on communication, organization, and detail-orientation. The role is fully remote but does require travel to West Hollywood for personal assistant tasks. Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
• Managing professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including handling agendas, emails, phone calls, client/vendor management, and other company logistics
• Communicating effectively in written and verbal formats to stakeholders at all levels on behalf of the CEO
• Coordinating complex scheduling, calendar management, and the flow of information to the CEO
• Handling travel logistics for the CEO, including arranging accommodations, transportation, and meals
• Providing administrative support such as note-taking, arranging presentation materials, managing monthly expense reports, and providing ad hoc support
• Undertaking personal errands for the CEO as needed
• Maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
• Planning and orchestrating work to ensure punctuality, accuracy, and adherence to best practices
• Calendar Management, Communication, Conference Calls, Correspondence, and knowledge of the Fashion industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Strong skills in 'Calendar Management', 'Communication', 'Conference Calls', 'Correspondence'
• Knowledge of the 'Fashion industry' is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and coordinating tasks
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
