About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Procurement & Strategic Sourcing to lead a team of professionals in the design and implementation of procurement strategies that align with best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for a significant procurement spend, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services through strategic sourcing, collaboration, and technological innovation. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in procurement, including experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor management. The Executive Director will be expected to develop and implement a strategic sourcing plan, conduct complex procurements, and manage a repository of sourcing information and contracts. Additionally, the role involves continuous process improvement, stakeholder partnership, and team leadership to foster a culture of excellence and efficiency. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with advanced degrees and professional certifications being a plus.
