Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence. The House Manager will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating events, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the residence.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and training
- Oversee all aspects of residential cleaning, ensuring high standards are maintained
- Coordinate and plan events hosted at the residence, including managing vendors and logistics
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and coordinate restocking as needed
- Manage laundry services, including laundering and ironing clothes
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking as required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the residence
- Perform regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met

Skills:
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent supervisory skills to manage housekeeping staff effectively
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle resident inquiries and requests professionally
- Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques and best practices
- Proficient in residential cleaning methods and techniques
- Ability to cook meals following dietary restrictions or preferences

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or residential setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

-First aid and CPR Certified

- Medication Certifications.
