Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and be able to provide administrative support to our HR department. This role will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee data management, and employee relations.
Duties:
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
- Update employee data in ADP, HR systems.
- Manage employee records, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel files.
- Provide support for employee benefits, including open enrollment and employee wellness programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with affirmative action planning and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote job openings and company culture.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for HR-related metrics and reports.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR & Payroll team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of 1-2 years of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency with HR software, including ADP Workforce Now.
- Experience with data entry and employee records management.
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with social media management and recruitment.
- Familiarity with affirmative action planning and compliance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
