The primary focus will be r ecipe development and/or product preparation and processes. Organize, transport, and prepare product for team review.
The intern will work with Corporate Chefs to develop new food items. Items to include made from scratch in store and/or manufactured for retail outlets. Utilize culinary, costing skills and work through process on how they directly impact an operation. Learn what it takes to bring an item to market in multiple stores.
