Are you a meticulous and service-driven professional with a passion for maintaining luxury homes at the highest standard? We are seeking an Executive Housekeeper to provide exceptional hands-on cleaning and administrative support for a busy and generous executive couple in their Los Angeles residence.

In this role, you’ll be the heart of the home’s upkeep, ensuring every detail is flawless, every space immaculate, and every request handled with precision. Your ability to balance hands-on cleaning with administrative organization will provide the family with peace of mind, knowing their home is in expert hands.

Position Reponsabilities:

• Maintain and oversee the home’s cleaning and organization to ensure a pristine, welcoming environment.
• Implement and manage household procedures to uphold luxury standards.
• Handle administrative tasks , including scheduling, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Physically assist with household upkeep, including lifting, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs as needed.
• Occasionally drive a personal vehicle for errands and off-site tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the cleaning maintenance of luxury establishments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; positive attitude
• Ability to work with limited direction; flexibility in working extended hours and weekends as needed
• Ability to demonstrate intuitive service
• Demonstrated managerial and organizational skills and knowledge of general office procedures, administrative support, computer skills, and smartphone proficiency
