We are looking for someone to join our team as the Manager, Conscious Inclusion. Essential Functions :

- Work with ASAE to successfully implement Conscious Inclusion programming and cross share information for onboarding new employees.
- Coordinates and executes Conscious Inclusion programming including the Conscious Inclusion Summit, DELP program events, ReadMe program events, Conscious Inclusion Advisory Committee webinars, and Community Resource Group programming.
- Support DELP Scholars with registration associated with programming and participation in ASAE’s major meetings and other events.
- Support the ASAE Learning Department as they develop and market the Conscious Inclusion micro-credential program, ReadyMe program and other programming.
- Work with Business Analytics to use data-driven insights to refine, measure and improve the Conscious Inclusion Business Strategy.
- Ensures development and execution of effective marketing strategies and tactics for areas of responsibility, as well as compliance with all marketing-related contract obligations and applicable rules and regulations.
- Ensure the coordination of sponsorship benefits, including signage, slides, talking points and shipments of materials.
- Coordinates Conscious Inclusion related committee and task force meetings, partnership and collaboration meetings, Community Group Meetings.
- Assist with coordination, including shipments, A/V, set-up and staffing, of Conscious Inclusion related programs at various ASAE conferences and other committee meetings.
- Manage department webinars and facilitate sessions as needed.
- Serves as ASAE’s Point of Contact for live human captions ensuring new staff are trained and periodic review of vendor contracts are completed.
- Coordinate Conscious Inclusion related taskforce meetings (internal and external), ensuring notes and deliverables are completed as assigned.
- Organizes all aspects of Conscious Inclusion department’s activities at ASAE Conferences and event including sessions, exhibit/lounge space, DELP Breakfast, ReadyMe, receptions, etc.
- Supports the development of partnership opportunities for the Conscious Inclusion department and ensures that partner agreements are fulfilled.
- Manages the inboxes for the Conscious Inclusion department and responds or escalates requests as needed.
- Corresponds with volunteer leaders to schedule and disseminate information to boards, committee and task force members as directed.
- Manages the DELP program, ensuring timely processing of financial requests, responding to scholars and alumni questions and supporting the organization of programs/events.
- Provides periodic reports for senior leadership on programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate accessibility requests with the event staff and coordinates efforts with the Task Force.
- Works with the VP of Workforce and Conscious Inclusion and the Director of Career Services to prepare annual budget and ongoing financial projections.
- Code and process all receipts/revenue and invoices/expenses.
- Ensures, websites and web pages for areas of responsibility are current and correct, remain in alignment with current branding and marketing efforts, and serve as effective tools to support marketing efforts.
- All other duties as assigned and related to the mission and purpose of ABSI and ASAE and its divisions and members.

- Program management experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Strong customer-service mentality, interpersonal and listening skills, ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and provide excellent customer/client service.
- Strong writing skills and ability to clearly and confidently communicate verbally and in writing.
- Adaptable and possesses the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume professional work environment.
- Some travel may be required (less than 10%).
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. This position is eligible to participate in the work from home program.
Physical Demands
This position must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with five (5) or more years’ experience in a professional role involving event management, customer/volunteer management, office/operations management, accounting, or other equivalent experience.
- Work or volunteer experience with associations or nonprofits desirable, but not required.
Preferred Education and Experience
The Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation is preferred.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be able to work legally within the United States without sponsorship.
