*We are open to supporting 100% remote work anywhere within the US* ICF's Digital Modernization division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking Pega Developers to support upcoming needs with our federal customers. You will be part of our team supporting an exciting opportunity at the Department of Veteran's Affairs (VA). This opportunity is contingent on contract award and can be performed remotely.
Our Digital Modernization division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated, strategic solutions to its public and private-sector clients. ICF has the expertise, agility, and commitment to design, build, and operate high-performance IT engines to support all aspects of our client's business.
Position Responsibilities: - Support configuration and low-code/no-code development using Pega and related technologies to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions are developed and packaged in an easily consumable and repeatable way for customers and internal technical teams.
- Participate and provide technical input in team meetings including agile ceremonies and planning sessions.
- Support peer review of solutions developed by team members and provide feedback as needed.
Required Skills: - 2 years of recent hands-on experience with Pega
- 2 years of IT Experience
- 2 years of experience in all phases of software development for large-scale business-critical applications following Agile methodologies.
- 1 year of experience in tools and technologies, such as JIRA/Confluence, Github, and Bamboo/Jenkins.
- 1 year of experience working with users to gather and refine requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- US Citizenship or Green Card required.
- Must reside in the United States
- Currently possess or have ability to obtain a VA Public Trust Clearance
Desired Skills: - Certification: Certified Pega Business Architect
- Experience defining and documenting architecture for technology implementations leveraging different architectural views.
- Experience in tools and technologies, such as ELK Stack, Bamboo/Jenkins, Codescan, SIEM, GRC, Splunk, Copado, Provar, Eggplant, Commvalt/Capstorm, and Colibra.
- Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
- Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Previous experience at the VA or previous military experience is desirable.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$69,862.00 - $118,765.00
