Position Description:

Personal Chef, Part-time

Looking for an A-player to join our culinary team as an in-home Personal Chef.

If you have a concierge mentality, upbeat pleasant demeanor, self responsibility and excellent flavor and cooking skills we would love to hear from you!

3+ cooking slots available to work per week consistently.

This position starts out part time as needed and can increase to full time for the right candidate. This candidate will have consistent reliability, unquestionable ethics and be responsive and flexible to clients and the company's needs.

Day / hours of work:

Weekly in-home cooking

8am - 2pm (6 hours)

2pm - 8pm (6 hours)

Dinner parties, one time events

3pm - 9pm (6 hours)

4pm - 10pm (6 hours)

Compensation:

$30 - $40 per hour, based on 6 hour cooking slots per job, per day.

Experience Required:

• 3+ years minimum paid in-home cooking experience.

• Ability to cook a multi-meal service start to finish in clients home, cooking several meals at once with multiple portions, package, label and leave in the client's fridge.

• Ability to food shopping for clients with specific dietary and allergy requirements.

• Follow company protocol and guidelines without variation.

• Use your own creativity while following a menu and service structure.

• Able to receive feedback and guidance on each meal service to improve your craft and always make clients happy.

• Execute 3-5 course dinner parties, stay on track with timing, when each course comes out, proper clean up and interacting with guests.

Additional Info:

• This is a performance-based position, we love chefs who provide a high touch customer service component of their cooking. We live for making our clients happy, so should you.

• There are no guaranteed hours or days, most of our successful chefs work 3-7 days a week because they are positive, open, available, don't complain and cook amazing food.

• You must have reliable transportation, access to your own vehicle with a clean driving record.

• All jobs are located in Scottsdale - local candidates only who live within 20 miles of Scottsdale will be considered.

• Our interview process includes - phone and in-person interview, cook test and shadow cook day, then you can be booked with clients within our company's structure.
