Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary starting at $100,000 and up based on experience
• Profit sharing of $15,000 to $20,000 annually
• Health, vision, and dental insurance with employers covering 85%
• Retirement package including a 401(K) with a 4% match
• Monthly loan repayment of $350
• Three weeks of paid time off (15 days)
• Five days off for CME with a $1,500 allowance

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient care in a primary care setting
• Work a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts (37 hours of clinical work, 3 hours of administrative time)
• Administrative work can be done from home
• Rotate on one Saturday per month (8 am to 5 pm) and 2 or more Saturdays a month (8 am to 2 pm), paid for a full 40 hours
• Participate in on-call duties with after-hours answering service

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required
• Clear and active license in the State of North Carolina
• Physician Assistant certification
• Bilingual in fluent Spanish is required
• Desired skills in joint injections, extracting toenails, minor surgeries, minor urgent care, incisions, etc.
