LOCATED IN OFFICE IN SAN MARCOS, CA Are you looking to gain valuable experience in the exciting world of real estate? We're seeking a highly motivated and organized intern to assist with our marketing, event planning, and general admin support.

Compensation: Academic Credit Through Internship Program
Responsibilities •Assisting with creating and implementing marketing campaigns

Qualifications •Located in or near San Marcos, CA
•Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to marketing, business or real estate
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Excellent communication and customer service skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Strong attention to detail
•Positive attitude and willingness to learn
•Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
•Familiarity with social media platforms
•Strong research and analytical skills
•Experience in marketing or event planning is a plus
