  • Research applicable statutes, regulations, and precedent decisions to support legal projects.
  • Assist with tasks related to corporate governance, intellectual property, and general in-house legal matters.
  • Organize and maintain legal files and documentation, ensuring clarity, security, and timely retrieval.
  • Proactively identify and participate in initiatives that improve legal operations and department efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Contribute to other legal and business operations projects as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) or Paralegal Certificate preferred; Notary Public is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience, with a strong emphasis on real estate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint; familiarity with WorkSite or similar DMS is a significant asset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient, with a demonstrated commitment to follow-through.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently.
  • Alignment with ttg’s values of innovation, empathy, collaboration, and excellence.
