Job Description

Wintrust is a financial holding company with approximately $50 billion assets under management and traded on the NASDAQ:WTFC. POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for growing and retaining current retail and business customers. Mentor CSR line with referral generation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Customer Acquisition, Retention, and Expansion

• Proactively review, analyze, and call retail customer accounts to generate business growth while focusing on new households, household growth, and deposit growth.

Regularly review business account relationships as assigned by Branch Manager

• Research company industry
• Analyze existing relationship to see what should be offered
• Analyze ways to meet the customer's needs and demands
• Make recommendations on account relationship

Leadership

• In some branch structures, may have supervisor responsibilities for CSR staff
• Coach CSR staff to achieve referral goals
• Must have a willingness to act as a resource to the branch

Decision Making

• Will be empowered to make customer relations decisions
• Use best discretion and knowledge to initiate and approve wire transfers, cashier's checks, and other retail transactions

Other

• Participate in community events and represent Macatawa Bank
• May be securities licensed
• May have loan authority
• Will fill in on the CSR line as needed
