A fast-growing, multi-state beauty and wellness company is seeking a dynamic Center Sales Manager to lead one of our top-performing locations. This is an opportunity to run a business within a business — overseeing operations, training a guest-focused team, and driving service and retail sales within a high-standards, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all aspects of day-to-day center operations
• Recruit, train, and coach a team of service providers and guest experience associates
• Ensure delivery of a consistent, elevated guest experience
• Drive center performance across key sales and service metrics
• Monitor KPIs, team productivity, and individual sales performance
• Maintain labor, scheduling, supply, and inventory control
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with area leadership on performance and execution goals
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company protocols
• Set the tone for team culture, accountability, and development

Who You Are

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, spa/salon, fitness, hospitality, or service-based industries
• Skilled in coaching, development, and holding teams accountable to performance
• Passionate about service quality and guest satisfaction
• Strong understanding of sales strategy and team motivation
• Comfortable analyzing data to drive results
• Confident, organized, and approachable with excellent communication skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
