Job Description:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our business development efforts and help drive brand visibility. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Manager to create content, manage campaigns, and support inbound marketing using HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow-up with sales leads and assist with new client onboarding
Create and send monthly client newsletters
Draft and schedule engaging social media content
Write client success stories and case studies
Assist with building and optimizing marketing workflows in HubSpot
Support sales outreach and CRM management
Help maintain marketing materials and website content
Qualifications:
Great face to face, writing and phone communication skills
Experience using HubSpot is highly preferred
HubSpot certifications (such as Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, or Content Marketing) are a big plus
Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Excellent organization and time management skills
Comfortable working independently and on-site
Accounting or finance familiarity is helpful but not required
