The Role We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director to serve as the Chief of Staff for our Global Security Services. This pivotal role will report directly to the Chief Security Officer (CSO) and will play a critical role in supporting the CSO in managing the security operations of the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities. This leader will drive strategic security initiatives and risk management functions. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the efficient operation of the security department and facilitating the execution of the CSO's vision and strategy. The Main Responsibilities - Collaborate with the CSO and senior leadership to develop and implement the strategic vision for Global Security Services. - Oversee and manage key security projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across different teams, timely completion and alignment with organizational goals. - Serve as a liaison between the CSO and other departments including IT, Product, and various business units ensuring clear and effective communication. - Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements across Global Security Services. - Develop and manage performance metrics to track the effectiveness and efficiency of security operations. - Ensure seamless coordination and communication between various teams and departments within Global Security Services. - Lead or participa To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
