Overview:

MarcoPolo Learning is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager. This unique role is tailored for a seasoned Product Manager with expertise in edtech. The ideal candidate will use their edtech knowledge and experience to elevate our product to improve classroom quality, supercharge family engagement and inspire children on their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather product requirements from our sales team and customers and work with our Technical Project Manager to translate them into actionable work for the engineering team
• Help internal stakeholders align on a product strategy and positioning across our portfolio of products and services using market data, customer feedback, and insights from our sales team.
• Handle all communication and planning related to our product features and feedback with our customers and share those with our executive team
• Provide feedback into the long term strategy and vision for our product

Requirements:

• You have 3+ years experience as a product manager with some background in edtech product development and a keen focus on impact.
• You can partner and influence effectively across all levels of an organization, and regularly use these skills to improve the work going on around you
• You value speed of iteration over quality of iteration to ultimately drive rapid learnings and product improvements
• You are an excellent communicator, able to discuss concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
