Job Description:

Assist Program Director with member enrollment paperwork

Answer phone calls, maintain good relationship with members

Advocate for individuals served in the program

Review and ensure different departments finish their work as scheduled

Ensure compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and licensing organizations

Assist with hiring and training new personnel

Perform all duties delegated by Program Director

Assist Program Director to coordinate MDT.

Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of standards of practice.

Demonstrates knowledge of Code of Ethics

Skills, Education and Requirements

Master/Bachelor in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Human Services, or a related field; Masters preferred

Must have at least 2 years of experience working in a health care related field

Bilingual in Chinese and English

Great communication skills and customer services skills

Capable to multitask

Strong time management ability

Great computer skills

Must be able to complete assigned job on time and be flexible on changes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
