Job Description

The Nightlife Marketing Specialist (EBC at Night and Wynn Field Club) is responsible for but not limited to ticket reporting, competitive calendars, artist and event promotions, major holiday events, nightlife partnerships, social media inspiration and strategy, photo and video projects, in venue experience, and assisting Operations team.

Job Responsibilities

• Update weekly ticket report to accurately represent business levels against previous year
• Keep an updated calendar of local competitive talent
• Communicate in a timely manner via email, phone calls, WhatsApp, etc.
• Create marketing plans for events, artist promotions, and the Wynn Nightlife brand
• Create one sheets and marketing decks to present ideas, events, concepts, and strategies
• Present new ideas weekly in marketing meeting
• Responsible for detailed notetaking during creative meetings and marketing meetings
• Concept promotional plans to increase business levels and sales
• Assist with marketing materials printed and placed at the resort and inside the venues
• Assist the production and operations teams with event load-in, setup, tear down, and load out
• Assist the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing with tasks
• Flexibility to perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary by management
• Adhere to and enforce company-specific safety policies
• Deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting in a professional manner

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 3-years work experience in a dayclub, nightclub, bar or lounge type environment and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Entertainment Management, or similar
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
• Must have strong organizational and project management skills
• Maintain dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities while upholding a warm, positive, and friendly persona at all times
• Must possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance and hygiene
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
