Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to join a dynamic team? We're seeking a talented Staff Accountant to contribute to our fast-paced accounting department. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts receivable, including preparing deposits and entering receipts.
Reconcile bank accounts and manage cash flow.
Assist with client billing and financial statement preparation.
Prepare journal entries, including fixed asset and accrual entries.
Support various ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Assist with balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis.
Prepare business personal property renditions.
Contribute to general accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in accounting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Prior accounting experience is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
