**Job Description**
Join our team as a TIG Welder, where you'll spend 25-50% of your time welding and the remainder operating machines and performing other manufacturing roles. You will mainly focus on TIG welding for high-end boutique railing in a custom weld shop. Your responsibilities will include grinding, buffing, pipe fitting, reading fabrication drawings, laying out, drilling, cutting, and producing precise welds. You'll work in a team environment, adhering strictly to OSHA standards and safety procedures.
