PURPOSE/OVERVIEW:
This role will implement a learning and development program for denominational staff emphasizing enhanced skills, knowledge, and overall professional development. A variety of formats will be leveraged including utilizing the Learning Management System. In collaboration with the Human Resources Directors, the Training & Diversity Inclusion Manager will execute the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) strategy for denominational staff.
This position offers a flexible work schedule, an attractive benefits package (including retirement fund contribution), and three weeks of vacation.
