About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, General Manager - Development Program to prepare the Assistant General Manager of Merchandising for a leadership role within the organization. The successful candidate will participate in a comprehensive development program that includes critical touchpoints and milestones designed to provide insight into the company's culture, people, client experience, and business ownership. This role requires 100% open availability to relocate within the United States and a minimum of 5 years of luxury retail management experience, with a focus on leading fast-paced, high-volume sales environments and developing a clienteling culture. The incumbent will be responsible for increasing sales, developing and managing effective selling teams, and ensuring the alignment of merchandise with local needs. Executive leadership presence, experience in presenting and reporting business trends, and a proven track record in developing and promoting people leaders are essential.
