Virtual Assistant

Temporary Part-Time Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support an executive and work primarily from home. This is an open-ended temporary role, ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility and working independently.

The position requires approximately 2 hours per week on a flexible schedule , with the majority of responsibilities completed remotely. However, occasional errands or in-person assistance with the executive’s activities may be needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Managing and organizing the executive’s calendar.


• Arranging activities and coordinating gift purchases.


• Running errands as needed.


• Assisting with various personal tasks and projects.

Requirements :

• A minimum of 1 year of Virtual Assistant experience .


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.


• Conversational English language skills (a plus).

The role is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule as weekly hours may vary. Compensation is hourly and dependent on experience .
